DESCRIPTION:Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Shri Dakshin Delhi Gujarati “Mandal” (SDDGM) will be held on Sunday the 4th Day of August 2019 at Sardar Patel Vidyalaya\, Lodhi Estate\, New Delhi – 110003 at 10.30 A.M. to transact the following business: \nOrdinary Business: \n\nTo consider and approve the Annual Report (2018-19).\nTo consider and approve the Audited Accounts of the Mandal for the financial year ending March 31st 2019.\nTo confirm the appointment of the Honorary Auditor.\nTo review the general guidelines for the activities of the Mandal.\nTo discuss and consider the preparation of the upcoming Navratri Programme.To consider the proposal of the activities to be undertaken by the Education Committee.\n\nTo elect the following office bearers of the Executive Board of the Mandal.\nPresident\nTwo Vice Presidents (one of whom will be a lady)\nHonorary Secretary\nTwo Honorary Joint Secretaries (one of whom will be a lady)\nHonorary Treasurer\nTwelve Members of the Executive Committee\n\n\nTo Elect three members of the Education Committee.\nTo consider any other matter with the permission of the President.\n\nCordially \nMahendrabhai Patel\nSecretary \nFootnotes: \n\nPlease note\, neither physical copies of the accounts will be posted at your registered address nor be made available at the venue\, instead\, you are advised to print the documents at your discretion if necessary.\nLunch will be served after the conclusion of the Meeting.\nYour attendance is solicited.
