DESCRIPTION:Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Life Members of Shri Dakshin Delhi Gujarati “Mandal” (SDDGM) will be held on Sunday\, September 24\, 2023 at Sardar Patel Vidyalaya\, Lodhi Estate\, New Delhi at 5 PM to transact the following business: \nOrdinary Business: \n\n\nTo consider and adopt the Annual Report (2022-23)  and\, in this regard\, if thought fit\, to pass the following resolutions as Ordinary Resolution: \n\n\n“Resolved that” the Annual Report (2022-23) of the Mandal\, as circulated to the Members\, be and are hereby considered and adopted. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n“Resolved that” the audited financial statement of the Mandal for the financial year ended March 31\, 2022 and the reports of the Auditors thereon\, as circulated to the Members\, be and are hereby considered and adopted. \n– To consider and adopt the Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ending March 31\, 2023 and\, in this regard\, if thought fit\, to pass the following resolutions as Ordinary Resolution: \n\n\n  \n\n\nTo discuss and consider the scheduling of the upcoming Annual Programs. \n\n\nTo elect the Executive Committee for the year 2023-2025 for the following posts: \n\n\nPresident – One \n\n\nVice President – Two (One of whom will be woman) \n\n\nSecretary – One \n\n\nJoint Secretary – Two (One of whom will be woman) \n\n\nTreasurer – One \n\n\nExecutive Committee Members – 12 \n\n\n\n\nTo consider and approve the increase in the life time fess of the Life Member and consequently amendment in Clause-2\, Sub-Clause (b) of the Bye-Laws of the Mandal. \n\n\nTo consider and approve the amendment in the Clause-5(Funds) to substitute the \nexisting para- II with the following paragraph: \n\n\n“II.
