DESCRIPTION:Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Shri Dakshin Delhi Gujarati “Mandal” (SDDGM) will be held on Sunday the 26th Day of September 2021 at Sardar Patel Vidyalaya\, Lodhi Estate\, New Delhi – 110003 at 10.30 A.M. to transact the following business: \nOrdinary Business: \n\nTo consider and approve the Annual Report (2019-20 & 2020-21).\nTo consider and approve the Audited Accounts of the Mandal for the financial year ending March 31st\, 2020 and 2021.\nTo review the general guidelines for the activities of the Mandal with Secretary Report.\nTo discuss and consider the preparation of the upcoming Annual Programs including various Online Programs.\nTo elect the following office bearers of the Executive Board of the Mandal.\n\nChairperson\nPresident\nTwo Vice Presidents (one of whom will be a lady)\nHonorary Secretary\nTwo Honorary Joint Secretaries (one of whom will be a lady)\nHonorary Treasurer\nTwelve Members of the Executive Committee\n\n\n To Elect three members of the Education Committee.\nTo discuss the possibility of two groups and activities.\n\nCSR Committee\nCultural Committee.\n\n\n To confirm the appointment of the Honorary Auditor.\nTo consider any other matter with the permission of the President.\n\nCordially\, \nRohit Vora\nSecretary \nFootnotes: \n\nIncome & Expenditure A/c and Balance Sheet will be emailed separately in the coming days.\nLunch will be served after the conclusion of the Meeting.\nYour attendance is solicited.
