DESCRIPTION:Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Life Members of Shri Dakshin Delhi Gujarati “Mandal” (SDDGM) will be held on Sunday\, September 4\, 2022 at Sardar Patel Vidyalaya\, Lodhi Estate\, New Delhi – 110003 at 10.30 AM to transact the following business: Ordinary Business: \n\nTo consider and adopt the Annual Report (2021-22)  and\, in this regard\, if thought fit\, to pass the following resolutions as Ordinary Resolutions:\n\n“Resolved that” the annual report (2021-22) of the Mandal\, as circulated to the Members\, be and are hereby considered and adopted.\n\n\nTo consider and adopt the Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ending March 31\, 2022 and\, in this regard\, if thought fit\, to pass the following resolutions as Ordinary Resolution:\n\n“Resolved that” the audited financial statement of the Mandal for the financial year ended March 31\, 2022 and the Auditors’ reports thereon\, as circulated to the Members\, be and are hereby considered and adopted.\n\n\nTo discuss and consider the scheduling of the upcoming Annual Programs.\nTo consider any other matter with the permission of the President.\n\nFor and on behalf of Shri Dakshin Delhi Gujarati Mandal \nNew Delhi\, August 24\, 2022 \nParesh Kumar KansaraSecretary \n\n  Footnotes: \n\nAnnual Report 2021‑22 and Audited Financial Statements 2021-22 are being sent electronically to those Life Members whose email address is registered with the Mandal.
