57th and 58th Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Shri Dakshin Delhi Gujarati “Mandal” (SDDGM) will be held on Sunday the 26th Day of September 2021 at Sardar Patel Vidyalaya, Lodhi Estate, New Delhi – 110003 at 10.30 A.M. to transact the following business:

Ordinary Business:

1. To consider and approve the Annual Report (2019-20 & 2020-21).
2. To consider and approve the Audited Accounts of the Mandal for the financial year ending March 31st, 2020 and 2021.
3. To review the general guidelines for the activities of the Mandal with Secretary Report.
4. To discuss and consider the preparation of the upcoming Annual Programs including various Online Programs.
5. To elect the following office bearers of the Executive Board of the Mandal.
   • Chairperson
   • President
   • Two Vice Presidents (one of whom will be a lady)
   • Honorary Secretary
   • Two Honorary Joint Secretaries (one of whom will be a lady)
   • Honorary Treasurer
   • Twelve Members of the Executive Committee
6.  To Elect three members of the Education Committee.
7. To discuss the possibility of two groups and activities.
   • CSR Committee
   • Cultural Committee.
8.  To confirm the appointment of the Honorary Auditor.
9. To consider any other matter with the permission of the President.
