61st Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Shri Dakshin Delhi Gujarati Mandal (the Mandal) will be held on Sunday, 1st of September, 2024 at Sardar Patel Vidyalaya, Lodhi Estate, New Delhi at 11AM to transact the following business:

Ordinary Business:

1. Condolence Prayer.
2. To consider and approve the Annual Report of the Mandal for the financial year ending March 31, 2024.
3. To consider and approve the Audited Accounts and Auditors Report thereon of the Mandal for the financial year ending March 31, 2024.
4. To discuss and consider the preparation for the upcoming Annual Programmes.
5. To take note of new members joined since the last Annual General Meeting.
6. To consider any other matters with the permission of the President.
