62nd Annual General Meeting

otice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Shri Dakshin Delhi Gujarati Mandal (the “Mandal”) will be held on Sunday, the 27th day of July, 2025, at Sardar Patel Vidyalaya, Lodhi Estate, New Delhi, at 11:00 A.M. (IST), to transact the following business:

Ordinary Business

1. To consider and approve the Annual Report of the Mandal for the financial year ending March 31, 2025.

2. To consider and approve the Audited Accounts of the Mandal for the financial year ending March 31, 2025, and the Auditors’ Report thereon.

3.  

   To elect new Executive Committee members for the period 2025–27 for the following posts:

   • President – One

   • Vice President – Two (Male/Female)

   • Secretary – One

   • Joint Secretary – Two (Male/Female)

   • Treasurer – One

   • Executive Committee Members – Fourteen

4. To consider and approve amendments to the bye-laws of the Mandal as per Annexure A (enclosed herewith).

5. To consider the appointment of the Chairperson.

6. To discuss and consider preparations for the upcoming annual programmes.

7. To take note of new members who have joined since the last Annual General Meeting.

8. To consider any other matters with the permission of the President.
