63rd Annual General Meeting

A Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Shri Dakshin Delhi Gujarati Mandal (the Mandal) will be held on Sunday, the 09th Day of August, 2026 at Sardar Patel Vidyalaya, Lodhi Estate, New Delhi – 110 003 at 11:00 A.M (IST) to transact the following business:

Ordinary Business:

1. To consider and confirm the Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting of the Mandal held on 27th July 2025.
2. To consider and approve the Annual Report of the Mandal for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2026.
3. To consider, approve and adopt the Audited Financial Statements of the Mandal for the financial year ended on 31st March 2026, together with the Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon.
4. To consider and approve the re-appointment of M/s. Agiwal & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 000181N), as the Statutory Auditors of the Mandal to conduct the statutory audit of the accounts for the financial year ending on 31st March 2027, and to authorize the Executive Committee to determine and finalize the terms of their appointment and remuneration, if any.
5. To consider, discuss and approve the proposed programmes, activities and initiatives of the Mandal for the ensuing year.
6. To take note of the members admitted to the Mandal since the last Annual General Meeting.
7. To transact any other business with the permission of the President.
