We request guests to come dressed in formal cultural dress (preferably ‘Chaniya-Choli’ or ‘Saree’ for ladies and ‘Kurta-Pyjama’ for gents) in order to maintain the tradition and sanctity of the program. Kindly avoid shorts, T-shirts, nickers or jeans.

For your safety, the security staff will:

• control the entry of the guests at the Venue with ‘Entry-Pass’, which can be collected from the reception at the event venue by the executive members
• ask you to produce any original photo ID carried by you.
• throw any miscreants out of the event premises and the organization charges legal actions against any unwanted individuals.
• not allow any arms, ammunition, or crackers.
