• I acknowledge that the Mandal will review my membership application and that the fees are non-refundable and membership is non-transferable.
• I certify that the information I have provided is accurate to the best of my knowledge. Any misrepresentation or falsification will lead to the cancellation of my membership and the revocation of Life Membership privileges.
• I agree to follow the Mandal’s by-laws.
• I’ve reviewed the Mandal’s privacy statement and consent to my data processing.
• By sharing my contact, I allow the Mandal to communicate via phone, email, or post.
