Notice is hereby given that the General EC Meeting of Shri Dakshin Delhi Gujarati “Mandal” will be held on Saturday, 21st August 2021 on Zoom at 7:00 PM to transact the following business:

1. Condolences for the COVID and loss of our Gujarati members
2. Accounts for last two years to discuss and approve for AGM next month
3. Scheduling AGM
4. Activities in last two years
5. Activities to be planned in EC our readiness to fight wave 3 if occur for our Mandal members
6. To consider any other matter with the permission of the President.
