Executive Committee Meeting

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of Executive Members of Shri Dakshin Delhi Gujarati Mandal (Regd.) will be held on Sunday, August 16st, 2016, at Sardar Patel Vidyalaya, Lodhi Road, commencing at 11:00 am, followed by lunch.

The agenda of the meeting shall be as follows:

1. Approval of accounts for the Financial year 2015-2016
2. To fix a date for the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
3. Review of the constitution.
4. Any other issue with the permission of the President
